Crunchy granola

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Roughly chop the walnuts and cashew nuts and mix them together in a bowl with the oatmeal, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Melt the coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave, drip Hermesetas Liquid Sweetener into the coconut oil and pour it into the bowl with the granola mix. Stir well until the oil is evenly distributed. Spread the granola over a baking tray covered in baking paper and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the nuts begin to colour slightly. Take the granola out of the oven and leave to cool. Mix the cranberries into the granola and pour the entire mix into a jar or tub with a lid.
