Cut the butter and place in a bowl. Leave to soften at room temperature. Add Hermesetas Granulated. Use a hand mixer to blend into an even mixture. Add table salt or low sodium salt and mix. Add the oats and flour. Mix to a slightly crumbly texture using the hand mixer. Separate the dough into smaller sections and add to baking trays. Use a fork to push each section into a cake of even thickness. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden yellow.
