Apple trifle layered dessert
Peel and core the apples and cut into large cubes. Place the cubed apples in a saucepan along with the vanilla seeds, the empty vanilla pod, Hermesetas Liquid and water. Let the apples simmer on a low heat, stirring occasionally. When the apples are tender, remove the pan from the heat and remove the vanilla pod. Mash the apples with a fork or spoon and allow them to cool. Place the macaroons into a small bag or bowl and crush into rough pieces. Whip the cream until light and airy. Layer the mashed apples, macaroons and whipped cream in two glasses and repeat, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
